40 Hadiths Of Qudsi
NARRATION 1
حَنَانُ بْنُ سَدِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي سَارَةَ اَلْغَزَّالِ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: قَالَ اَللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ اِبْنَ آدَمَ اِجْتَنِبْ مَا حَرَّمْتُ عَلَيْكَ تَكُنْ مِنْ أَوْرَعِ اَلنَّاسِ .
Imam al-Bāqir (عليه السلام) narrated that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, said:
"O son of Adam, avoid what I have forbidden for you, and you will be among the most pious and God-fearing of people."
"O son of Adam, avoid what I have forbidden for you, and you will be among the most pious and God-fearing of people."
NARRATION 2
عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنِ اِبْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ أَبِي جَمِيلَةَ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ اَلْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ قَالَ اَللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى: مَا تَحَبَّبَ إِلَيَّ عَبْدِي بِأَحَبَّ مِمَّا اِفْتَرَضْتُ عَلَيْهِ .
Imam al-Ṣādiq (عليه السلام) narrated that Allah, Blessed and Exalted, said:
"My servant does not draw near to Me through anything more beloved to Me than that which I have made obligatory upon him."
"My servant does not draw near to Me through anything more beloved to Me than that which I have made obligatory upon him."
NARRATION 3
عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ اِبْنِ مَحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَبَّادِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: يَقُولُ اَللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ إِذَا عَصَانِي مَنْ عَرَفَنِي سَلَّطْتُ عَلَيْهِ مَنْ لاَ يَعْرِفُنِي .
Imam al-Ṣādiq (عليه السلام) narrated that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says:
"When one who knows Me disobeys Me, I place him under the authority of one who does not know Me."
"When one who knows Me disobeys Me, I place him under the authority of one who does not know Me."
NARRATION 4
أَبُو عَلِيٍّ اَلْأَشْعَرِيُّ عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اَلْجَبَّارِ عَنِ اِبْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ عَنْ حَمَّادِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ صَلَّى اَللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَ آلِهِ : قَالَ اَللَّهُ تَبَارَكَ وَ تَعَالَى مَنْ أَهَانَ لِي وَلِيّاً فَقَدْ أَرْصَدَ لِمُحَارَبَتِي .
Imam al-Ṣādiq (عليه السلام) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said that Allah, Blessed and Exalted, says:
"Whoever humiliates a friend (walī) of Mine has indeed prepared himself for war against Me."
"Whoever humiliates a friend (walī) of Mine has indeed prepared himself for war against Me."
NARRATION 5
عَنْهُ عَنِ اِبْنِ فَضَّالٍ عَنْ غَالِبِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ عَنْ بَشِيرٍ اَلدَّهَّانِ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اَللَّهِ عَلَيْهِ اَلسَّلاَمُ قَالَ: قَالَ اَللَّهُ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَا اِبْنَ آدَمَ اُذْكُرْنِي فِي مَلَإٍ أَذْكُرْكَ فِي مَلَإٍ خَيْرٍ مِنْ مَلَئِكَ .
Imam al-Ṣādiq (عليه السلام) narrated that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, says:
"O son of Adam, remember Me in a gathering, and I shall remember you in a gathering better than your gathering."
"O son of Adam, remember Me in a gathering, and I shall remember you in a gathering better than your gathering."
